Psychometrician
Do you have a passion for developing quality assessments as well as leveraging innovative technology? Looking for a fully remote, contractor position that provides great flexibility and culture?
Summary of Position
This position is focused on replication of psychometric analyses for a large client. You will be provided raw data files, which need extraction and formatting, before completing psychometric calculations such as item response theory scoring and classical item response counts. Because this is custom workflow, not simply running of off-the-shelf software, you need to be experienced in Python or R to make your own code.
This contract runs March-June each year, so this is not a full time year-round position, but a great opportunity for someone who wants part-time work while pursuing other endeavors.
You will obtain experience with cutting-edge technology in the assessment industry, including item response theory and computerized adaptive testing. You would do well in our company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills.
