Summary of Position

You would do well in our company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills.

  • Graduate degree (preferably PhD) in psychometrics, industrial-organizational psychology, or relevant field
  • At least two years of experience in test development; you MUST have run job analysis, Angoff, or similar studies
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, such as classical test theory, and explaining it to SMEs
  • Must be tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, able to learn new software quickly
